You will get negative standings hit to your agent (more), his/her corp and a faction as well (less). Its best not to reject missions, just wait it out, doing assigments for other agents.

9. Suggestions for a mission runner alt. - in Missions & Complexes [original thread]
Train him for Rattlesnake, tank it, launch sentries/havies, shoot cruises and aid your main with energy/shield transfer. Stay away as far from spawns as possible, still at range enabling your fire. Ultimate semi-afk combat alt for hisec.
